PREPARATION METHOD

The preparation method of titanium coil mainly includes the following steps:

Alloying: By adding low-cost elements such as Al and Mn, the critical shear stress of cylindrical slip and basal slip of titanium alloy is increased, thereby improving the performance uniformity of titanium coil.

Controlled rolling: By controlling the reduction of rolling passes and preheating and insulation during annealing, the surface quality is ensured to be good.
