COLOR COATED STEEL COIL
Colored steel coils, which are collectively referred to as colored coated steel coils in the industry, use cutting-edge composite technology to highly integrate steel and colorful peritoneum into one, combining the good properties of multiple materials, greatly improving the chemical stability of the material, and having more effective anti-rust and anti-corrosion properties. Colored steel not only has the excellent qualities of steel in terms of flexibility, plasticity, pressure resistance, wear resistance, heat dissipation and high temperature resistance, but also has outstanding color, finish, feel and other aspects. It is worth mentioning that all raw materials used in the production of colored steel are pollution-free and environmentally friendly materials, and the production process is completely dust-free, so both production and later use have extremely high environmental protection characteristics.
COLORED STEEL MATERIAL CLASSIFICATION
Packaging, home appliances, building materials, optical materials and decorative materials. Among them, the color steel material process of home appliances is the best and most sophisticated, and the production requirements are the highest.
COLORED STEEL COIL SUBSTRATE CLASSIFICATION
1. Cold-rolled substrate, with the processing performance of cold-rolled plate; but any small scratches on the surface coating will expose the cold-rolled substrate to the air, so that red rust will quickly form at the exposed iron.
2. Galvanized substrate. The main method used for galvanizing the surface of steel plates is hot-dip galvanizing. Hot-dip galvanizing is developed from the older hot-dip method. It is characterized by smooth appearance, no zinc nodules or burrs, and controllable thickness, which can be selected arbitrarily within 5-107 μm. It has no hydrogen embrittlement and no temperature hazards. It can ensure that the mechanical properties of the material remain unchanged, has good corrosion resistance, and can withstand a neutral salt spray test of 240 hours.
PRODUCT USES
Color steel coils for construction are generally based on hot-dip galvanized steel plates and hot-dip aluminum-zinc steel plates as substrates. They are mainly processed into corrugated plates or composite sandwich panels with polyurethane, and are used to build roofs, walls, and doors of industrial and commercial buildings such as steel structure factories, airports, warehouses, and freezers.
Color plates for home appliances are generally based on electrogalvanized and cold plates, which are used to produce refrigerators and large air-conditioning systems, freezers, bread machines, furniture, etc.
In the transportation industry, electrogalvanized and cold plates are generally used as substrates, mainly for oil pans, automotive interior parts, etc.
